Where are you my warrior?

While carrying her in his arms, the warrior walked across another battlefield in order to return to their kingdom...

"Are we reaching yet my warrior?" asked the princess.

"Yes we are reaching my love.." replied the warrior.

The princess then decided to close her eyes and rest in his chest and she fell into a deep sleep...

" Sorry my princess.. I have to leave..." she heard a voice saying.

The tired princess thought it was just a dream and smile away in her sleep because she felt rather secure with the assurance from her warrior but never did she realise...

The moment she opened her eyes...

She was lying all alone in the battleground...

She was fearful as her warrior was nowhere to be seen...

She stood up and look around for her warrior but to no avail..

She burst into tears and shouted for her warrior but there was no response

She realise that he is really gone..
